Professor Brian Bedford has a very interesting history. He went from being a basketball and football standout in high school to becoming the first black quarterback--exclusively, at the University of California at Berkeley. Brian was drafted into the National Football League in 1988 and later played in the Canadian Football League.
After his football career ended, Brian went on to earn his Juris Doctorate and a Master's in Business Administration.
He formerly worked at Intel Corporation in its Human Resources Legal Group. Brian is currently a tenured business/business law professor at Sacramento City College where he enjoys a great connection with his students.
Listen as Brian talks about the similarities between team sports and business and learn what every business person should know.
